crappy internet banking system (Hope "that bank" didn't do it on purpose)

I had a bad day. Well, it was really a crappy and I lamed Panin Net Banking for that bad feeling.....Well,   I don't want to make the story long )so I will just go to the point. Here we are... Today I did an exchange from AUD to IDR using net banking on my netbook. I did few times and kept failing, so I just called the office to do over-phone transaction. But, because of this, I loss some money! It was annoying...when I transferred AUD to IDR using Panin net banking, the transaction didin't go smoothly. The net banking was just bad. It sucked, really! It was not because of connection, but the Panin's system itself. Connection was so excellent! Here are some records o my failed transaction this afternoon. XXXXXX Berita : Status : GAGAL Look, you see, all failed. So, the net banking of Panin is really not reliable.  Consequently I lose some bucks because of the error system of Panin. When I logged in, the exchange rate  was 8911,25, then quickly made a transfer for 5037. I followed all the instruction and used the key word in the "token". It worked, but when it went to the final stage of the transfer, it just failed, which I hate. Then I tried again few times, and the same things  happened. Annoying. uckl I grabbed a phone and called the Panin branch and spoke to the customer service. She said that the system was down due to the fact that many people do the transaction in the same time. But, hey, you should consider this before u establish the net banking. because of this terrible things that Panin has done, I lost money. I was supposed to get IDR 44,89, but the failed system made me earn only 44,78 (because the rate was only 8895,25)..It changed so fast.....it means I lost around IDR 110 thousands.
