Frankly speaking, I have always followed the story of Joanna Yates since it came out to media a week before Christmas last year. I've never missed the news covering the incident (BBC, Guardian, and Daily Mail). I learned that media has made the controversial coverage of previous arrest in which Jo Yeates's landlord Chris Jefferies was arrested. So, I hope media would learn from that mistake. Always to remember that someone will remain innocent until proven guilty, so will Vincent Tabak.
Anyway, that's all from me by now. Off to bed now. Hope everyone has a good sleep :)

Joanna Yeates murder: Suspect believed to have split up from girlfriend | Mail Online
# Neighbours say they believe suspect may have split from his girlfriend
# He went home two days after Jo was last seen alive
# DNA traces 'found underneath Jo's clothes'
# Police granted more time by magistrates to continue to question 32-year-old
Innocent until proven guilty #VincentTabak. Hope Dominic Grieve grows some b*llocks this time, and stops another Chris Jefferies scenario.
The sobbing tip was not his girlfriend, writes the Sun. Maybe a woman comitted the murder, or two women - the case reminds me somehow of the Hitchcock movie THE ROPE.
ReplyDeleteI feel something is wrong here. I sympathise deeply with Jo's parents, boyfriend and her family. But have they got the right man here ? We will not know until all the evidence is presented in a court of law.
ReplyDeleteThe press says that Vincent Tabak is on suicide watch. They write as if he wanted to commit suicide as a proof of his guilt. That is a manipulative way to write. The media should not do that.
ReplyDeleteOh please, what actual EVIDENCE have we been told the police have against Tabak? The man is INNOCENT, I'm sure. He's just a nice, educated foreign scapegoat the police here would love to nick for well... being nice, educated and foreign!
ReplyDeleteGoing home for Christmas is not a crime.
Splitting up with your girlfriend is not a crime.
Working by coincidence in the same field as the murder victim is not a crime.
Living next door to someone is not a crime.
They even insulted him in court by providing him with an interpreter.
The man lives and works here, for gods sake, he's a professional, with a professional's knowledge of English.
The police are merely stumped and need someone behind bars. Wouldn't be the first time.
