Don't join any insurance companies until u understand their policies!

I have paid for IDR 9.750.000 but my money value is just IDR 6,6 m. I just don't understand how this prudential insurance works. Thje agent never explain clearly and he said that he also doesn't understand the calculation of how much my money distributed for the admin fee and other fees. He said, he is given a software so that software has a formula. He just used it. This company prudential.co.id sucks. I am as customer feel being cheated.
