Rude Lion Air call center

Lion air service I experienced is really crappy and trashy. The call center, a lady, was so rude when I called yesterday asking about the ticket upgrade I did for my dad.
I called lion air call center 62216338345 and I was transfered with a female staff that I didn't know her name. Because she couldn't answer my questions she gave the call to her friend who is also call center. What was shocking, this stupid lady talk rudely. I was wondering whether she knew manner and ethics. She talked angrily at me, then I asked her name. She didint answer. Kept silent. I asked many times and the phone was just silent. Then it hang up. So, I call other number 02163798000 and a male officer picked up, then I explained my problem and asking about the lady who just talked to me rudely before I called him. His name Sukri and he answered my question in a normal tone. He said he didn't know her and asked sorry for the inconvenience. I told him that she should ot be rude to the customer. She was very rude. I know she felt scared that I might make a complaint. Therefore she didn't tell me her name. I will make the complaint. First here in my blog, and the other on media. This crappy officer should learn that rudeness is a no-no in dealing with customer. I don't understand why Lion Air can employ such trashy worker. What a shame. I still have some to write more about the bad service of Lion Air. How this company abuse customer rights by making the upgrade fee is not transparent. I am so upset the old ticket I bought just gone. I paid 3p 640000 and I need to pay more Rp 420000 for the upgrade. This company doesn't have transparent policy. The call center can't explain well why I have to pay again Rp 430000 when I already paid Rp 640000. And the crappy female officer made me more upset because she just explained angrily. She is mad and dumb.
I will write again later. I have to sleep now.
Hope Lion Air read this and contact me as soon as possible to explain the matter. Otherwise I will write this in other media.
Customer should speak up when their rights are abused. Don't be silent because this company would never change for better and also the rude customer service would not change their bad attitude.
