That was the question that police officer raised to me while he checked my ID. Huh, silly question. Anyway, today I went to visit SIM Keliling to extend a driving license which will be expired in the next five days. The service is quite convenient and easy to access. The most important thing, the fee is transparent. In the past, due to the corrupting behavior of the police here, the fee for license is "dark". After implementing some reformation efforts , the police corps has done some changes. Not all, so corruption is still rampant problem. Hope, this would not stop here.
