Pengalaman mengembalikan barang Zalora via PT Pos Indonesia

Sesuai dengan kebijakan return policy of Zalora, saya mengembalikan tas tutu lewat kantor pos pusat Bandung. Ternyata, customer service di sana (male) bilang kalau tak ada kerja sama antara PT Pos dan Zalora. I was confused coz its clearly written that PT Pos will deliver the return zalora  goods for free. I showed him the zalora website mentioning the PT Pos is a zalora partner. But he kept saying, there is no such cooperation. So I just went home and did some research about that. I found that the cooperation was just launched in Dec1st. It seems tha CS guy in post office doesnt read his office website. Here is the link.

Atas saran Zalora setelah kirim tweet, saya diminta untuk kirim via jasa pengiriman lainnya. Saya pun pergi ke Tiki pada 3 Desember lalu untuk mengirimkan tas tutu tersebut. Sesuai dengan instruksi di website Zalora, saya terlebih dahulu mengisi form return dan juga melampirkan bukti invoice tiki sebesar 15.000. Sesuai dengan kebijakan Zalora, biaya transfer ditanggung kita dulu . Setelah itu Zalora akan me-reimburse. Pada tanggal 7 Desember 2015, Zalora sudah mereimburse itu dengan transfer ke rekening saya. Thx Zalora.
 Namun proses refund masih belum selesai. I will update later if Zalora has refunded the money. I already asked Zalora to transfer it through the wallet in my account. Zalora gave me an option whether the money would be returned to my card or wallet. I choose the later.
