Please train your officer to be polite when dealing with the customer call. I called 14041 today and I spoke with a female officer named "R###". When I was still in the middle conversation she just hung up the phone. I was asking about the bills payment using CIMB Clicks and she seemed not to have enough information about internet banking. So, I told her that it was weird because she works for CIMB Niaga. She must know all internet banking features. Then suddenly she hang up the phone. It is rude. She should listen to customer even it is a complaint. She is paid for that.
