I have paid the Alit hotel via booking.com but the receptionist said that she hasn't got the payment. Could you clarify why this happened?
When booking the Alit Hotel through internet few days ago, the booking.com asked me to pay using credit card. I follow all the instruction and putting all my credit card details including the three secret number behind my card as a verification that the money will be deducted from my card.
So,I'd like to explain about that matter because I don't want my card being deducted twice.
