Telkom Speedy sucks!

This is how #telkomspeedy treat customers badly, increasing the bill without any notification. I am a subscriber of flat rate, so I pay pretty much the same fee every month.

But, today when I checked the billing via net banking,
I found that the monthly fee increased by 50 % of the rate I was used to pay.

You really abuse customer rights! Anyway at 10 am, I rang the 147 to report the matter and the customer service, Lisa, said, she would investigate it and would get back to me with the result. I am waiting!
