Fake fruit

I am just lazy to eat fresh fruit so I am drinking this, instead. I was wondering whether this drink is really nutritious as advertised?
Slurrpp.... I drank 400 ml of this frut' en veg. It costs me kind of USD 3 or AUD 4.
