Hey Panin Bank, can you fix this problem?

I feel annoyed, this trouble (Error Code : 203040101
Error Description : Anda belum melakukan aktivasi token) keeps happening while I am doing internet banking.  I have called the centrer and I thought the CS had settle the problem. However, it is still there and this makes me upset. I still get this message  "Error Code : 203040101 Error Description : Anda belum melakukan aktivasi token" .
Hey Panin, can you fix it..no just talking, but action, please!

    This crappy hotline doesn't help me to get rid of the problems. Just wasting my time.
