Phone marketing has ruined my morning. I don't understand this phone sales keep offering their product. Yesterday a guy from CIMB phone sales asked me to join niaga mapan,and I said NO because niaga mapan sucks. I said so because I have already the account and bounded for 5 years. When I applied, the bank promise for high interest, and it is just lie. Just 10 dollar a month for my total balance IDR 27 mil. Wtf! Niaga said the mapan is a good product for investment. What a lie. I just get 80 ribu per bulan for my xxx balance. Crappy and suck! While inflation rate here keep climbing, so my money value decreasing. Please, bank niaga stop cheating and offering rubbish product. It is not investment.
Today this CIMB niaga phone sales calling me again. I didn't want to pick up when I saw the number. Then, this sales lady called my home phone. Fark! Now this woman offered credit card, and I just said no, even she hadn't finish explanation. I told her nicely, I have known everything about credit card, no need to explain. And I said that I wasn't interested in it and told her, stop contacting me. And Bank CIMB Niaga, stop giving my bank details to third party. U breach protection data law. I can sue you. U never ask permission to publish my info. Please don't abuse customer rights and privacy!
