Metropolitan train, tram and bus services will be free from first to last service on Wednesday 24 December. Services run to a normal Wednesday timetable.
So if you have some last minute Christmas shopping to do, why not jump on board a train, tram or bus and take advantage of the free ride?
Make sure you plan your journey before you travel with the journey planner or call 131 638.
Customers are advised that no refunds will be given for accidental purchase or validation of Metcards on Christmas Eve. Periodical tickets such as Weekly, Monthly or Yearly Metcards will not be extended.
