Victoria Police - Police Record Checks
Victoria Police - Police Record Checks
Victoria Police applies strict guidelines to the release of criminal history information to individuals and organisations. Organisations conducting police record checks must read the Information Release Policy to be aware of the information they will be receiving. The release policy may be downloaded from the Downloads section on the right side of this page.
Application fees for national name checks change on 1 July, every year.
The current fee for a national name check is $29.80. For a name and fingerprint search the fee is $123.40.
The reduced application fee is $13.70. A valid Community Volunteer Fee (CVF) number must be provided by an organisation registered with Victoria Police to claim the reduced rate.
