Barang yang dibeli dari luar negeri, dikirim tidak lengkap. Apakah petugas bea cukai yang mencurinya?

Trying to call be cukai bandung and the number (7563967) doesnt work. It is weird because this number is given by the staff of Indonesian office post. I asked twice for the number and the officer still give the same number. I want to call that bea cukai (custom department) because I found someone has stolen my item that I bought from the US.

Inside the packege, there shoud be two bottles of multivitamins . I have asked this to the seller via email and she said that she sent two bottles.  However when i received the item deliver by indonesian post office,  I found it is only one bottles. The package I got had been resealed and repacked by post office.  Who has stolen my stuff?

So I want the Indonesian post office clarify who steal the item I purchased from e-Bay? Stealing is a crime. I hope you are aware of this!
