questioning super power...

How do you see this thing?  A father raped hew own daughter aged 11 and she died of  STI which she got from him. The kid died after 2 months since she raped by her father. Doctors said the cause of her death is the infection of a bacterial diseases. This case used to be mysterious because the kid didn't tell anyone who was the perpetrator. So, the police investigated it and finally found that the father is the doer. This story has disturbed me because how could  "super power" let this happen to her, a little girl?
