I saw a man with mental illness standing in the front of a terminal. He is half naked, very dirty. I feel bad to see this person been abandoned. I am sorry I can't do much for this guy. I think, government should take care of him. Indo has a law stating that the poors and other unfortunates such as the guy, must be cared by govertment. Sad that there are so many people like that guy.
Anyway, hey Dinsos Kota and Jabar, what the heck are u doing? Seems you are not useful institutions. There are so many homeless people including some with mental illness. Govt just ignore them. These unfortunates are invisible citizen for these crappy institutions.
