detikNews : Perbandingan Gaji Presiden, Gubernur BI dan Menteri

akarta - Rencana kenaikan gaji presiden dan menteri yang saat ini sedang dibahas mendapat kritikan. Seperti apa perbandingan gaji pejabat Indonesia? Gaji tertinggi dipegang Gubernur BI yakni Rp 162,2 juta per bulan. Presiden Rp 62,74 juta perbulan. Sementara menteri Rp 18,64 juta per bulan.

Data tersebut dilansir Kepala Bagian Anggaran Departemen Keuangan pada 28 Januari 2005. Higga Senin (26/10/2009) belum ada perubahan gaji para pejabat negara. Rencana penyesuaian gaji kini sedang digodok Menneg PAN EE Mangindaan.

Tidak hanya menteri yang tidak mengalami kenaikan gaji selama kurang lebih 4 tahun itu. Hal itu juga dialami oleh Presiden, Wakil Presiden, anggota DPR, dan pejabat setingkat menteri seperti Jaksa Agung, Kapolri, dan Panglima TNI.

Berikut daftar gaji yang dikeluarkan Kepala Bagian Anggaran Departemen Keuangan pada 28 Januari 2005:

Presiden

Gaji pokok: Rp 30.240.000
Tunjangan jabatan: Rp 32.500.000
Total: Rp 62.740.000

Wakil Presiden

Gaji Pokok: Rp 20.160.000
Tunjangan jabatan: Rp 22.000.000
Total: Rp 42.160.000

Menteri Negara, Jaksa Agung, Panglima TNI dan pejabat lain yang setingkat atau disetarakan dengan Menteri Keuangan

Gaji pokok: Rp 5.040.000
Tunjangan jabatan: Rp 13.608.000
Total: Rp 18.648.000

Ketua DPR

Gaji pokok: Rp 5.040.000
Tunjangan jabatan: Rp 18.900.000
Uang paket: Rp 2.000.000
Komunikasi Intensif: Rp 4.968.000
Total: Rp 30.908.000

Ketua Mahkamah Agung (MA)

Gaji pokok: Rp 5.040.000
Tunjangan jabatan: Rp 18.900.000
Uang paket: Rp 450.000
Total: Rp 24.390.000

Ketua Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK)

Gaji pokok: Rp 5.040.000
Tunjangan jabatan: Rp 18.900.000
Total: Rp 23.940.000

Wakil Ketua DPR

Gaji pokok: Rp 4.620.000
Tunjangan jabatan: Rp 15.600.000
Uang paket: Rp 2.000.000

Komunikasi Intensif: Rp 4.410.000

Total: Rp 27.760.000

Sementara itu, gaji Gubernur Bank Indonesia (BI) telah mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2007 menjadi Rp 162,2 juta per bulan. Sebelumnya, gaji Gubernur BI mencapai Rp 156 juta per bulan.

Kenaikan gaji juga diterapkan untuk Deputi Gubernur BI yang naik menjadi Rp 136,2 juta per bulan dari sebelumnya Rp 131 juta per bulan.

Jika dilihat dari kenaikan ini, maka Gaji seorang Gubernur BI dua setengah kali lebih tinggi dari total penghasilan yang diterima Presiden, yang sebesar Rp 62,74 juta per bulan. (ken/iy)

New Karimun Estilo resmi diluncurkan di Jakarta, Jumat (23/10) dan dilanjutkan di Yogyakarta, Sabtu (24/10) lalu. PARENTS who left their four-year-old daughter's severe burns untreated for up to three weeks have been jailed in what a judge described as a gross breach of parental trust.

A jury heard how the little girl's "full thickness" burns to 80 per cent of her body surface area became so infected she required almost a month in hospital, two general anaesthetic operations and skin grafts to recover.

The couple, who cannot be named, were found guilty in the District Court at Wollongong in New South Wales of failing to provide the necessities of life after a jury heard they had treated her wounds with Panadol, Neurofen Plus and some pharmacy-bought ointments.

"As part of the treatment the little girl was made to lie in the sun on the patio to dry out the burns," the court was told.

"The burns to her legs restricted her movement and she was forced to urinate in her bed or standing up."

Judge Paul Conlon sentenced the pair to a minimum 15 months full-time jail, with a maximum term of 2 1/2 years. The court heard she was burned when petrol that spilled on her legs caught fire in September last year, as she played with her father in the garage of their West Wollongong home.

When the little girl, who is now six, screamed in pain, the couple put her in the shower and laid her in bed - and photos tendered to the court exhibited the "truly horrific nature of the wounds", Judge Conlon said.

"No responsible parent could have failed to appreciate the excruciating pain that she was experiencing," he said in his sentencing remarks.

"It was not merely the failure to provide the necessities of life for days on end, but that negligence was potentially life-threatening."

The court heard that the girl's mother had not taken her daughter to hospital out of fear that DOCS would take her away, as another child had been removed from the home.

The girl had only been returned to her parents' care four months earlier.

A paediatric burns surgeon described the parent's efforts to treat the severe burns as "totally inadequate".
